ABYSSA, associates and investors
Early on in the discussions that led to setting up the company, we were clear about our desire to associate scientific expertise with entrepreneurial vision.
To that end, we set up two committees:
The Management Committee
made up of the four operational Associate Directors, Jean-Damien Bergeron, Michel Colinet, Morgane Ravilly and Jean-Marc Sornin, who were joined a year later, with the set up of the branch in New Caledonia, by Lionel Loubersac.
The Strategic Committee
made up of the six individual associate investors, Raphael Bourdon, Gilles Dandec, Yves Gillet, Michel Richard, Jérôme Royer and Jean-Marc Sornin and Créocéan (corporate investor).
They all have close links with the maritime world and welcomed the idea of the new startup with enthusiasm.
