ABYSSA has two key locations, a head office in Anglet, South West France and a subsidiary in New Caledonia, which serve as bases for exploration in the Atlantic and Indian Oceans and also in key territories in the Pacific Ocean.
ABYSSA has structured itself to meet the delicate and essential challenges of deep-sea exploration, by surrounding itself with qualified professionals who are complementary in their approach to the sector:
- An ethics committee is responsible for assisting the teams in their reflections on the conduct, attitudes and behaviours to adopt in order to respect the principles of sustainable development in all their activities.
- A strategic committee assists ABYSSA’s management in defining the company’s development strategy.
